I’d give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Always on time, awesome communication, very fair price, and above and beyond service. Our home stays clean of cobwebs and we’ve not had any bug issues since Joe and his son have started treating our home last Fall.

Joe is a very personable guy that does great bug service. We’ve only had him out for the first initial treatment and he’s already taken care of our indoor ant problem in our kitchen and bathroom! Very reasonable pricing, best we’ve been able to find. I recommend his small business!

We moved into a new house in St Augustine about 2 years ago. We kept getting scorpions and spiders in the house ALL the time! We were trying to use bug killer ourselves, and it wasn’t helping. I called Joe, and he came over quickly and sprayed, and he also treated a huge ant pile that I didn’t even know was out there. Joe and his boys are super friendly, reliable, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

A couple months ago, I called several pest control companies in the St. Augustine / St. John’s County area to try to fix a critter and pest problems that I had Mr. Joe at Bug Mechanix responded quickly and kindly, he came out got rid of all my problems within the week, and told me to give him a call if anymore problems come up. He is by far the best pest control guy I’ve had in all my years of homeownership, if anyone is looking for an exterminator, you’d be remiss to not give Bug Mechanix a call!

We met the owner Joe when we moved into our new house in St Augustine. When he came to our house he was very personable and knowledgeable about pest removal. He walked the perimeter of our house and applied the necessary sprays and granules needed. He set some bug traps in the garage and swept the upper corners around the house for bugs and nests. He then called us 2 weeks before our next scheduled service to see if we needed anything. When I mentioned that there were some bug webs in our lanai he came the next morning and removed them. We are very happy with the service we have received from Bug Mechanix and highly recommend them.
